Barge Design Solutions does not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters, headhunters, contract recruiters, search firms, or employment agencies. Before any payment obligation for a referral or recruiter fee can be established, a Barge placement agency services agreement must be in place. If a recruiter or agency submits a resume or candidate without a previously signed and executed agreement, Barge reserves the right to recruit and hire those candidate(s) at its discretion, without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency. Any unsolicited resume or candidate contact information, including those sent directly to Barge hiring managers or any other employee, will be deemed the property of Barge upon receipt.
