Stephen DeCastro Named Chief Financial Officer

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – Barge is pleased to announce that Stephen DeCastro has joined the company as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Stephen brings over 20 years of financial leadership experience across multiple industries, and a proven track record in driving strategic financial growth and operational efficiency. Stephen will be a key player in Barge’s continued growth and success.
Stephen’s extensive experience spans both regional and global finance roles, having held leadership positions at companies such as Nokian Tyres, where he served as the Head of Finance and CFO for the Americas, Dover Corporation, and Procter & Gamble. He is known for driving operational efficiency, improving cost management, and implementing strategies that optimize financial performance. His experience in both regional and global roles makes him well-equipped to guide Barge through its next phase of growth.
